If your unhappy or unsatisfied with your product, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. In order to be eligible for the refund, the product must be shipped back within 7 days of the original purchase. Products sent back after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
The returned product must be unused and in the originally packaging, in usable or sellable condition. If the package has been opened, and there’s no product defect, you will not be eligible for a refund as per our policy.
If your product is defective or damaged, you may still be eligible for a refund. Simply ship it back to us, we’ll inspect the product to see if it is in fact defective. If it is defective, we’ll send you either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on what you want.
Any products shipped back within 20 business days of purchase, that fit our refund requirements, will be refunded to the same method of payment you originally used. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund, only the actually purchase price of the product.
